SHOT event at EICMA

For the second time since we began providing this type of service, SHOT has selected our company to be part of the world’s largest motorcycle exhibition.

EICMA welcomed more than 730 companies and was held from November 4 to 9, 2025, at Fiera Milano Rho in Milan, Italy. With an estimated attendance of over 600,000 visitors, we were entrusted with the production of the event for the brand, taking part in every stage of the process, from stand construction to the installation of lighting, flooring, and the reception and setup of all required furniture.

The main challenge was once again aligning the client’s expectations with the realities of the exhibition and its staging. Acting as the key link between the fair’s exclusive suppliers and the client, we ensured that the event was delivered on time and according to plan.
