As the most prestigious 24-hour motorcycle endurance race, Bol d’Or is held annually in France as part of the FIM Endurance World Championship. Within this context, we were invited to take part in the production of the organization’s hospitality services, delivering exclusive experiences for members as well as a select group of VIP guests. They enjoyed two lunches and a four-course dinner prepared by our Chef, Fredy Campos.

Held at the Paul Ricard Circuit, the event also featured an Open Bar service, where we welcomed approximately 300 guests from across the paddock. Attendees enjoyed a variety of catering options and beverages to celebrate the official start of the event.

On race day, the exclusive hospitality service extended until 11:30 p.m., after which the trailer remained operational so that all members of the organization could continue to access fresh beverages and hot infusions.

At the conclusion of the event, we welcomed the entire organizing team to celebrate the end of the season and mark the success of this service.
